I first contracted Rheumatoid Arthritis about 10 years ago. I initially took the pills as prescribed by my doctor but soon discovered that they became less effective after a few weeks. Each time I returned to the doctor he either prescribed a larger dose or stronger pills. I soon realised that I was becoming crippled and heavily dependent on drugs. So I began to look for an alternative.
The alternatives I tried gave some temporary relief but I was on the point of returning to the doctor’s regime when my sister suggested a visit to Atul. I was prepared to do anything to help my condition and so I followed all his recommendations about diet, exercise, hot and cold treatments with enthusiasm. Almost immediately I felt some relief and, over the following weeks, I found that I did not need to take any pain-killers.
I have continued to visit Atul and follow his recommendations. My arthritis has not disappeared completely. I still suffer pain and stiffness but not sufficiently badly to require drugs. I enjoy feeling in control over my health. I shall continue to visit Atul and I am extremely grateful for all his help.
